How to Prepare for the Test
• Sample halfway through urination in the morning in a sterile container after intimate wash
• Exclude or at least limit the consumption of food containing colors and sweets, carbonated drinks the day before
• Exclude alcohol from the diet 24 hours before the test
• Avoid physical exertion 24 hours before the test
• Do not perform the examination during the period of menstruation, completely close opening of the vagina before taking the sample
• Exclude the use of antibiotics for at least 1 week before the test
• Deliver to laboratory within 2 hours
