Microscopic examination of the smear is a method of examination and diagnosis of inflammatory diseases and sexually transmitted infections in women, which allows to assess the condition of the microbiocenosis of the vagina, cervix and urethra. Sampling of urogenital smear in women is performed from the cervix, vagina and urethra. The test provides information about inflammatory processes, bacterial composition, infections, and fungus present in the female urinary tract.

How to Prepare for the Test
• Hygenic external wash
• Avoid the internal washing of the vagina
• Avoid the transvaginal ultrasound for 3-4 days avoid the suppository for 3-4 days
• The test cannot be performed during menstruation and 3-4 days it should be performed on on the 5th day after the cycle
Implementation Timeline
If the test is taken before 11:00, the result will be given the next day at 14:00, after 11:00 - the next day at 17:30. Saturday: until 12:00, result: Monday 17:30
