Description
The two-glass/two-part urine test is used to determine the state of the urinary system. The results of the test make it possible to detect the localization of the inflammatory process and make an accurate diagnosis. The test can be conducted independently or as a part of a complex examination.

How to Prepare for the Test
• The day before, exclude or at least limit the use of food containing colors and sweets, intake of carbonated drinks
• Exclude alcohol from the diet 24 hours before the test
• Avoid physical exertion 24 hours before the test
• Do not perform the examination during the menstrual cycle ,before sampling completely close the opening of the vagina before sampling
• Exclude the use of antibiotics for at least 1 week before the test
• In the morning collect about 100 ml of urine in the 1st cup, the rest of the urine in the 2nd cup, the sample of the 3rd cup should be obtained after prostate massage (3 different sterile containers, number the containers)
• Deliver to laboratory within 2 hours
Implementation Timeline
If the test is taken at the Kochar branch Monday-Friday 08:00-14:00, the result is provided the same day: 17:30 Saturday: 08:00-11:00, the result - after 13:00 via e-mail until 00:00 of the same day.
